The manufacturing of the bathroom furniture INTEDOOR
Under the illustrative picture you will find the legend to important parts of our bathroom furniture. Further information you can find in the dictionary of technical terms.
- FRONT SURFACES (doors, cover boards, lightpanels, mirrorshelves) – are manufactured:
- a) of 18mm MDF board. Homogenity and an excellent machinability are characteristics of this material. The finish of front surfaces - varnish or foil coat.
Varnished finish – high-gloss:
Front surfaces obtain a “mirror gloss” thanks to a high-gloss coating with 5 coats of PUR colours and an interoperation grinding and polishing . PUR colours are high-resistant to the moisture, abrasion and a mechanical damage . They can be high-gloss polished in all colours according to the RAL or NCS swatch book.
Foiled finish:
Surfaces and edges are coated with a PVC foil in a wood design. Folies have a high moisture resistance. - b) of laminated board in a wood design. Edgebanding with the PUR-adhesive (more - point 4).

- CABINET CORPUSES made of 18-32mm laminated boards. Pressing of corpuses on CNC corpus-presser guarantees their rectangularity and rigidity.
- OPENING DOORS – some series are equipped with a pressure closing to eliminate a noise when closing the doors.
- SIDE BOARDS – varnished cabinets - side boards 1x high-gloss coated with 1 coat of PUR colour to increase their moisture resistance.
- FURNITURE EDGES – ABS edges with excellent physical and mechanical characteristics are used. Edgebanding with the PUR-adhesive guarantees a high watter and heat resistance.
- WASHBASINS – our series are equipped with ceramic or artificial marble wasbasins.
- LIGHTING – halogen lighting is used. By a correct installation according to national directives they allways enable their using in bathrooms. Halogen lighting guarantees pleasant and sufficient lighting. Currently oferred lighting has IP 23 and IP 44 code.
- LAUNDRY BASKETS – removable.
- MIRRORS – mirror walls are equipped with float mirrors; thickness 3-4mm; their backsides are protected with coating. Mirrors are sticked to their background with non-agrressive adhesive.
