How do we produce the furniture for you?

The cabinets are always delivered assembled and prepared for the installation.

Front parts are made of 18 mm MDF or laminated chipboards according to the surface finish.

1.1. Lacquered finishes of MDF have a 5-layer paint coat of PUR (polyurethane) paint in high gloss including edges. PUR paints are resistant to water, wear and mechanical damage. Main colour is white. Any colour according to the RAL or NCS colour table can be made to order.

1.2. Laminated finishes in relevant wood decor, edge banding with ABS bands in the same decor, thickness of the edge-band is 1–2 mm.

Cabinet carcasses are made of laminated chipboard with a thickness of 18 mm, up to 32 mm. We make the carcasses on a CNC press, which secures perfect rigidity and rectangularity.

Doors: – The doors are equipped with pressure closing that dampens possible noise. All drawers are equipped with soft-close system form company Hettich.

Side boards of the carcasses have, in the lacquered finish, one coat of high gloss PUR paint in the same colour as the front parts.

Edge banding: All edges (front parts + carcasses) are covered by ABS bands glued with PUR glue (producer Henkel). PUR glue cures by humidity. It has excellent water resistance and thermal stability. Above-standard protection.

Washbasins: Ceramic or artificial marble washbasins manufactured by renowned producers. The washbasins made of artificial marble have protection against water leakage on the furniture sideboards. Above-standard solution.

Lighting and electro-equipment: All lighting and electro-equipment are supplied with IP 44 protection that enables safe installation in the bathrooms according to national regulations. TÜV certification.

8.

Laundry baskets: They are removable from hinged door.

9.

Mirrors, Mirror walls: Float glass with protective layer against mirror blinding. Gluing by non-aggressive Henkel glue for mirrors.

10.

Fittings: High-quality, all-metal.

How to choose the furniture?

• You can order each product in various wood decor finishes. All colour finishes available for the certain series are shown in every series – add the code of the colour finish behind the product code (samplers are available at dealers).
• In case of a high gloss lacquered colour finish, add the number of the RAL or NCS colour behind the product code (colour tables are available at dealers).
• Additional cabinets - PLEASE INDICATE THE NUMBER OF A WOOD-DECOR OR A RAL COLOUR BEHIND THE PRODUCT CODE.
• Handles for additional cabinets – in order please indicate the code of a chosen handle, e.g. ALM (AL matt) or NiM (nickel matt). For additional cabinets to series Rony only NiM handles can be used.
