Ecological attitudes of the company INTEDOOR

The company INTEDOOR takes the ecology and enviromental behaviour for one of its priority spheres and invests extensive investments in this sphere in years 2005-2007.

Air protection

The deactivation of volatile compounds through the absorption of activated carbon was in the year 2006 substituted by the high efficient technology for a reverse catalytic oxidation of emission. Total costs achieved almost 9mil. CZK.

Energy demands

Together with the change of the emission disposal, the hot air was re-used as the heating system for our production halls. The gas consumption was reduced by this arrangement.

Waste disposal

The company INTEDOOR has worked out its plan for the waste disposal to the year 2012; according to the aims of Liberec region. A lot of tasks have been fulfilled in advance thanks to the investment to modern devices and technology.

• By purchasing of the second exhausting device (50 000 m³/hour.) the production of dangerous wood dust was reduced by 90%. Total costs achieved almost 2mil. CZK.
• By using of alternative fuel in the process of the emission disposal (volatile organic compounds) the output of dangerous waste colour was reduced by 40%.

Watter protection

Thanks to the purchase of oil/water separators (used in the process of pressured air manufacturing) the emission of waste oiled watter was reduced by 97%. Total costs achieved 600 000 CZK.
