Direct UV printing of the plate materials - About the technology

• UV print works with special inks in highest photo-realistic quality.
• UV polymer-based inks change immediately after illumination with UV light and thus create a resistant colour-print-layer after applied on the materials. This layer is possible to cover with a highly resistant varnish afterwards and so to protect the surface.
• with this principle it is possible to print on wide range of materials such as: various wood-based board materials, paper, cardboard, wood veneer, plastic foils and sheets, Plexiglas, glass, ceramic plates and metal sheets.
• max dimensions for the print: 2 500 × 1 250 mm nd max thickness of the material is 45 mm
